COMPANY:  A+ national specialty carrier

OPPORTUNITY:  Responsible for managing a caseload of most severe and complex and claims, nearly 100% litigated, with claim values higher than $250K on the primary business.

QUALIFICATIONS: This is a highly technical and complex role handling litigated national claims and must possess a strong and deep knowledge of claims coverage, process and compliance/regulatory claims issues. Carrier background strongly preferred but will consider a combination of TPA and carrier/ law firm defense work background. 7-10 years of claims handling and/or claims litigation in commercial casualty required. Excess & Surplus lines claims experience a strong plus. Degree preferred.  Will strongly consider attorneys interested in handling a claims litigation desk.
