OPPORTUNITY: Work directly with the TPA adjusters, insurance carrier representatives, agents, and internal teams to achieve the best possible claims outcomes. Expertise in claims management and dispute resolution will help ensure that claims are handled efficiently and fairly, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee all aspects of claims handling. Manage expectations and performance of TPA adjusters. Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology and workflow improvements. Investigate and resolve complex claims disputes. Track claims data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve underwriting and risk management. Refine claims strategies and best practices.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in P&C claims management. Demonstrated commercial multi-line claims expertise, including experience overseeing TPA claims handling. Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, claims handling best practices, and dispute resolution. Experience with high-volume claims processing and a track record of optimizing workflows. Experience handling claims for restaurant risks ideal.
