OPPORTUNITY: Commercial Field Claims Adjuster

Multiline position, handling Commercial GL, Auto, Casualty, and Property claims. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle injury/damage claims involving fast track claims and minor loss exposures. Apply coverage, laws and regulations. Review new losses and determine initial plan of action in the handling of the claim. Identify serious injury/damage losses and report them timely to upper management, reinsurers, and reassign cases to appropriate staff. Review all expense bills for accuracy. Recognize, notify, and pursue other culpable parties. Seek subrogation. Hybrid position, 3 days in office, 2 days at home. 

Qualifications

1, or more, year[s] commercial claim handling experience. Must have a valid adjuster license in Texas, or willing to obtain one within 60 days. Required understanding of policy language and ability to interpret coverages. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills needed to fit effectively in this family-like culture.
