Description: This highly-regarded and leading insurance company, AM Best Superior, employs outstanding claims technicians overseeing high-exposure complex commercial liability claims. This  context keeps their claims group challenged, providing continued opportunities for growth. Responsible for handling assigned claims from initial assignment to closure associated with Auto Liability, GL, Employers Liability, Public Entity (Professional Liability), Cyber, Excess, Umbrella, and Construction Liability claims. Manage and evaluate high exposure litigation. Conduct thorough coverage review and determination. Establish and maintain timely expense and indemnity reserves. Proactively maintain ongoing case evaluations and litigation management. Direct and advise TPAs. Identify cost-effective resolution strategies. Negotiate claim settlements. 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. JD preferred. 10+ years of active litigation or adjusting higher exposure, complex commercial liability claims. Experience with all phases of claims litigation from inception through post judgment preferred, including complex mediations, settlement conferences and trials. Experience analyzing coverage issues and drafting reservation of rights and coverage letters. Experience in multiple jurisdictions with an insurance carrier and, or a TPA preferred. AIC, SCLA, or CLCS Designations highly valued.
