Description
Directly handle some claims, and technically manage others with moderate to severe injuries originating in jurisdictions across the country. Reduce the overall cost of risk for customers by effective loss and expense reduction and professional management of claims. Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with insureds, their operations management, and claimants through substantial and timely communication. Manage utilization of field adjusters, experts, and attorneys when required.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will possess three (3) years, or more, of direct Worker’s Compensation claims experience, a strong academic background, proven customer service and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a team environment, above average computer skills, and a high level of organizational skills. Insurance designations highly valued, e.g., AIC, SCLA, WCLS, WCLA, and FCLA.
