Description
Due to business growth, this company urgently seeks a claims professional with knowledge of and experience in Commercial Auto and General Liability claims to handle and manage multi-feature claims in a multi-jurisdiction context, handling a case load of 80-110 files. Manage CGL, Commercial Auto BI, PD, and Cargo claims. This is a well-run company that operates like a family, and experiences very little turnover. The claims unit is comprised of highly experienced technical claims professionals who love to invest in other department members to mentor and teach the commercial claims craft. Department is built on a collaborative team practice.
Qualifications
Four (4) year college degree preferred, and at least two (2) years of Commercial Auto BI , PD, and GL experience. Demonstrated experience in effective technical claim handling, and in coverage. Desired skill set includes leadership skills, ability to work effectively with executive management and fellow-workers, highly organized administrative skills, and exceptional communication skills. Technical writing skills strongly preferred.
